Participation does not guarantee access to purchase tickets or the ability to purchase tickets.
If you register or take any of the actions above via a mobile device, you may be charged text and data rates for text messages according to the terms in your wireless calling plan. Text messaging and wireless service are not available in all areas. By signing up, you authorize us to use automated technology to send messages to the mobile phone number you supply. Your consent is not required and is not a condition of purchase. You may receive up to 5 messages in response. You may text "STOP" to opt out of the offer, or "HELP" for more information to 77598. Ticketmaster reserves the right to transmit one selected participant and one non- selected participant message to each participant at the conclusion of the Promotion.
For all participants: Each participant is eligible to submit up to one (1) Promotion registration, during the Promotion period, regardless of method or combination of methods of registration or number of registrations submitted. Participant may participate in any of the above OPTIONAL fan engagement actions to get one or more Boosts. Participant will be able to select desired ticket price level and one (1) first choice show, and up to an additional three (3) alternate shows during a designated time period on a to be determined date in November (“Ticket Preference Period”). Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same mobile number, email address, registration, or other relevant account. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of registrations by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant's registration and that participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated technology or system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Any automated receipt (such as one confirming delivery of text message or e-mail) does not constitute proof of actual receipt by Ticketmaster of a registration. Ticketmaster is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. All registrations become the property of the Ticketmaster and none will be acknowledged or returned.
Selected participants will receive an SMS on a to be determined date in November or December via mobile number in participant’s Ticketmaster account with seat locations for the number of seats selected during the Ticket Preference Period and will have nine (9) minutes to accept and take action to purchase following the instructions in the SMS. Purchase process requires registrant to register a valid credit card in his/her Ticketmaster.com account prior to the end of the Ticket Preference Period. Registrant will be given the option to decline seats and receive one (1) Code which may be used on Ticketmaster.com before Code will expire. Each Code is good toward recipient’s purchase up to the number of tickets to the show selected by the participant during the Ticket Preference Period. Purchase is not required of selected participant. All ticket purchases are first come, first served as availability is limited. Code recipients are not guaranteed the ability to purchase tickets, and access to available tickets may depend on recipient's place in line. See Selection and Verification Section below. Once the available total tickets for the applicable shows have been purchased, the remaining Codes, if any, will be invalidated. If any tickets remain, fans in Tier 1 will receive a multi-show Code to purchase tickets to an additional show as selected during the Ticket Preference Period.
There will be only one Code per recipient. Code does not include any other item or expense not specifically described in these Official Terms, and any such additional expenses are the sole responsibility of recipient. Codes may not be transferred or assigned. Recipients agree to accept the Code "as is", and acknowledge that Ticketmaster has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Code.

Ticketmaster reserves the right to disqualify any participant or recipient and may refuse to award any Code to a person who is ineligible or has violated any rule, gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion, or obtained recipient status using fraudulent means.
All potential recipients are subject to verification by Ticketmaster.
